The amount of returns or exchanges will be the total amount you've paid for the returned or exchanged item(s) minus shipping and handling if any.

Most returns are processed within five business days upon receipt of the returned item(s). Refund to your credit or debit card for the returned item(s) will be posted to your card account in two billing cycles, in accordance with your card issuer's procedures.

For exchange or gift returns, an Orilily Gift Certificate will be emailed to you as soon as we have processed your return. You can redeem your Orilily Gift Certificate toward purchase of any item on our webstore except for another Orilily Gift Certificate.
